We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our busy clinic. This is a broad role managing our strong admin team along with supporting our Clinicians in providing exceptional care to our patients. Our Admin/Customer Service team assist in developing new business opportunities by being the first point of contact for prospective clients and providing excellent customer care.
Job holder in this unit group plans, organises and co-ordinates resources necessary for receiving and dealing with the responses, complaints or further requirements of purchasers and users of a product or service, and supervise customer service occupations.
Tasks required by this job include develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints; co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments; discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided; plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users; overseeing the customer services teams; training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives; on-boarding and training new employees; setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently; interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs; creating customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention; establishing customer service policies and procedures; staying updated on developments in the customer services field.
